Welcome to Iceblue Entertainment!

This new interactive site is also the name of the management company representing me in my return to the music arena. In 2005 ‘Tryin’ to make a Livin’” was released on Merkin Records. Cd’s were the thing back then and it did sound good. Now each of the 9 songs are available everywhere as well as a free listen on YouTube. If you like, there will be a link to Apple and you can purchase one or up to all nine songs! It sounds fresh like we did it yesterday. We worked playing clubs and festivals for about seven years.

In 2012 I retired with the thought of writing a book, maybe about my career. It was suggested that I write a truthful story about my life which was always difficult. There were reasons for all of this which were articulated in the Book. There were difficult times and tragedy’s as well as My career as a real life Bluesman “. Boy how it all fit. I played bars, clubs and bigger places about 275 nights a year. This was one aspect. The other was the plain and simple fact that my horrific childhood and experiences gave me the blues to share and help others enjoy the music..

As I moved forward with mostly memories I had a feeling it was not over. As one who learned four instruments I do not like being called a “musician”. I hate being called an artist too. I am comfortable being a “Bluesman”. We traveled and entertained folks in order to help them to release their tension. I suffered greatly with the demons that allowed me to give to them but no one knew I suffered. Not having a home since the age of 13 helped too. Someone said, “tell your story”!!!

After years of professional help I was able to do just that. In 2020 I wrote and self published “BLUESMAN”- “Tragedy, Turbulence, Triumph” It is for sale here and of course Amazon, Barnes and Noble as well as Book Baby……. This year it will be Republished by one of the publishing houses we are talking with. In this book I covered horrific memories from my childhood and teen years, some I repressed for a long time……

Bottom line, I made it. I am back to finish my journey writing, playing, acting and most importantly, helping those who suffered yet could not deal with it. I hope to reach there people and push them in the direction of healing.. I have been there. It was very hard to get where I am. However, I did it and so can you!! Helping other people is more important then picking up a guitar. I will do both though !!!

Anyone can reach out any time. We will be here. There are also different things to check out on the site as well…. Please enjoy and I will be back on the stage as well with an all star band…….. See you then……… Bluesman
